1. Illouise, please complete past due assignment in regard to uniforms. Provide list of every player that has completed uniform contract and list of those that you have collected funds from. I agreed after game 2 that the effort was sufficient to deserve uniforms.

2. Dates have been sent for tournaments we are considering. If I don't hear from anybody, I will assume there are no conflicts. Please remember, all major tournaments have a no refund policy on team entry fees, you do not want to waste your money.

3. We are researching trying to play in Cal State games, a lot of games, inexpensive and local.

4. I am working on the productivity grids for games we have played so far, some I must actually do by reviewing game film, so it's a very long tedious process. In the future I may ask for some player assistance to complete.

5. Please make sure you share with your support group, when we review still photos as well. The errors we see in pictures are many.

6. Thus far I am more than pleased with our play and effort in the Palomar league. The league is better and the competition in better than last year by far. Our team is smaller and not as talented as last year, but your play thus far has made you more than competitive. As we all know, it is largely in part to your team work and effort on the defensive end. It is very rewarding to be 4 and 1 at this point. Once we clean up some careless turnovers and convert the easy shots we are able to create, you will be really tough to beat. But, your play as a team far exceeds last year’s group and you should be very proud thus far.

7. PJ and I have decided to give everyone their own bio page on the web site, so we will be getting individual photos and of course a team photo after or before one of our upcoming games. we will update the bios, so please have your information ready, especially gpa, core curriculum and sat scores if applicable.

8. A reminder that any that drives to any of our games it is responsible to text me once you are safely home.

10. As opposed to going another day to go over team matters, the group as collectively agreed to extend our current 3 day schedule. We are now 8:45-11 pm on Tuesday and Thursday and 3-7 on Sunday. I would gladly look at changing Thursday to Friday if it is best for the group.
